FontanaMix entrusts Maurizio Pisati with the task of packaging the passage of time, between his new works, composed especially for this concert, and other pieces by composers related to him. The result is this concert entitled 'I sing the body electric.
George Crumb's historical European quotations return in feedback with other uniquely American references, through the poetry of W. Whitman, an Electric Guitar and a String Quartet: they travel a visionary path from the sounds of Magistri Leoninus and Perotinus in Notre Dame to the electric insect-helicopters of the Vietnam War, to stop in the present day, in tempore universalis contagii.
